My name is Chelcia Gomese, and I am from the Western Solomon Islands. I recently completed my Master’s degree in Environmental studies in New Zealand, and have just started working with WorldFish. I am the National Facilitator to the GEF project on Dugong and Seagrass Conservation and act as a liaison person between the Government Ministries, implementing partners and the donor. As part of my role, I facilitate and chair meetings of the National Facilitating Committee on the above mentioned project and prepare minutes for the meeting. I have a passion for community, and conservation and I hope I can make a difference in what I do.

Cecile Fattebert

Cecile joined Blue Ventures in 2014 and is Barren Isles Site Leader based in Maintirano, Madagascar, where she has led the process of creating a community managed marine protected area around the Barren Isles, the largest in the Western Indian Ocean.

Vatosoa is National Coordinator for the MIHARI network based in Antananarivo. She is responsible of leading MIHARI activities and coordinating the network of partners and LMMA Communities.
